Mina Ghabryal

A qualified Canadian lawyer, Ghabryal is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada. He earned his Juris Doctor (“J.D.”) degree from the University of Western Michigan, Thomas. M. Cooley Law School with Honors. Notwithstanding prospects to establish his legal practice in the United States, Ghabryal had always intended to return to Canada and to establish his legal practice as a Canadian attorney.  He unwaveringly believes that Canada is one of the best countries in the entire world as it provides its residents with an immeasurable variety of benefits such as health care, social benefits, free education and subsidized university programs.

In 2014, Ghabryal relocated to the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) to obtain his international legal experience and conducted a number of legal researches in UAE commercial law, including the pros and cons of establishing corporations under the free zones jurisdictions in the UAE. Furthermore, Ghabryal worked at a multinational corporation as a regional adviser and consultant on legal matters for the MENA Region.

Since 2014, Ghabryal has been approached by individuals from different ethnic groups requesting him to assist them to find their way to Canada and make it their home. The significant needs of those individuals revealed to Ghabryal the importance of his profession. Ghabryal’s ability to fluently speak English and Arabic has been a tremendous advantage and he will continually utilize his multilingual skills to benefit his clients.

During 2015-2017, Ghabryal continued working in the legal field in the UAE and completed his licensing requirements to become a qualified Canadian lawyer in good standing.

Ghabryal largely focuses on providing various immigration services such as application and filing for student visas, express entry, provincial nominee, work permits, business immigration, and entrepreneur programs. His services further include assistance with sponsoring programs for spouses, partners and dependent children. He also provides corporate legal services.

Jas Multani graduated from York University in 2011, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Law & Society. After gaining extensive experience in the Law and Justice arena, she was inspired to attend University of Birmingham to pursue her LL.B. Presently, Jaspreet is a recognized member of the Law Society of Upper Canada as a practicing lawyer servicing in the areas of Real Estate Law. Jas has served as an exemplary leader and mentor whilst engaging in local community efforts where she has been a passionate advocate for guiding diverse youth groups in their efforts to attain their professional goals.

In her lesiure time, Jaspreet enjoys travelling, learning about different cultures, cooking a variety of cuisines, and fitness.

He has over 30 years experience in Canada and the USA in Municipal By-Laws, Planning Approval, Construction Contract Administration in the development of Residential and Commercial Properties and Place of Worship. Elan Stiberman

Elan Stiberman, a dedicated and skilled attorney, serves as a mediator at Ghabryal Law’s Tampa office. He earned his undergraduate degree in Finance and Business Law from the University of Miami School of Business. Elan’s academic journey continued at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor and a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Cardozo’s prestigious Kukin Program for Conflict Resolution, ranked 5th  nationally by U.S. News & World Report in 2021.

As a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator, Elan has an established background in mediation and dispute resolution. Before earning his certifications, he mediated for the New York City Small Claims Court, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and Mediation Establishment and Neighborhood Disputes. He further refined his dispute resolution skills as a Senior Editor in Cardozo’s ADR Competition Honor Society, where he coached teams and competed in national and international negotiation, mediation, and arbitration competitions.

While pursuing his law degree, Elan was honored with the esteemed Inspire! Community Impact Award for his service-oriented efforts. He held numerous leadership positions, including the President of the Jewish Law Students Association, President of the Federalist Society Cardozo Student Chapter, and Senator and Budget Committee Member in the Student Bar Association. Elan was also selected as a Public Service Scholar, underscoring his dedication to serving his community.

Before joining Ghabryal Law, Elan enriched his legal experience as an associate at a national law firm, representing a wide array of insurance carriers in first- and third-party disputes, and at a boutique commercial litigation firm, managing complex business and real estate disputes.

These attributes, coupled with his in-depth legal knowledge and commitment to the mediation process, underpin his ability to secure successful outcomes in even the most challenging situations.
