A qualified Canadian lawyer, Mr. Ghabryal is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada. He earned his Juris Doctor (“J.D.”) degree from the University of Western Michigan, Thomas. M. Cooley Law School with Honors. Notwithstanding prospects to establish his legal practice in the United States, Mr. Ghabryal had always intended to return to Canada and to establish his legal practice as a Canadian attorney. He unwaveringly believes that Canada is one of the best countries in the entire world as it provides its residents with an immeasurable variety of benefits such as health care, social benefits, free education and subsidized university programs.
– Experiences
In 2014, Mr. Ghabryal relocated to the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) to obtain his international legal experience and conducted a number of legal research in UAE commercial law, including the pros and cons of establishing corporations under the free zones jurisdictions in the UAE. Further, Mr. Ghabryal worked at a multinational corporation as a regional adviser and consultant on legal matters for the MENA Region.
